Biolon: The Superior Hair System Apr 4, 2014

Non-surgical hair replacement systems have come a long way over the years. From synthetic fibres to human hair and, most recently, an incredibly durable product called biolon.

Biolon looks like natural human hair- it is soft, pliable and can be blow dried and curled. However, it is actually quite superior to human hair when it comes to hair replacement systems.

Human hair has a tendency to tangle and often discolours in the sun. It can also become dry and brittle, which leads to breakage and frequently requires deep conditioning treatments to help prolong the life of the system.

In contrast, biolon doesn’t tangle, frizz, fade or discolour. It is not as fragile as human hair and does not become dry or brittle. It is also unbelievably light, weighing roughly half as much as human hair, and lasts on average two times longer. As a result of its amazing characteristics, biolon systems do not require dying or deep conditioning, keeping service costs for these types of systems low.

Biolon is available in all non-surgical systems: bonded units, full wigs and partial units. It is also Hairfax owner Larry Gautreau’s choice for his own hair system.
If you would like to learn more about biolon or non-surgical hair replacement systems in general, call Hairfax for your free, no obligation consultation with Larry today. You’ll be glad you did!
